The teamwork I discussed in my previous discussion was a functional team that divided the tasks at hand based on expertise, drafted a proposal to resolve the issue at hand, and efficiently reached its goals. The characteristics that were evident within the team was clear communication, trust in each other’s capabilities and inputs, a division of labor, and a shared vision. Since we were clear with the objectives and were united in the effort put, it helped us reach our goals very quickly and without any miscommunication.
